“It’s not a resume, it’s a time machine.”
–D. Draper.

So we all know you need a written (traditional) paper resume to get a job.  If you’re in the video field, you’ll also need a video resume/reel showing your camera footage, your motion graphics, your visuals.  And if your a print person, you’ll need a portfolio.  All necessities in this media field, right?  Slideshare has been around for a number of years now and is a great place to find a plethora of information on all sorts of subjects.  But have you considered part of this information being YOU?  This is a neat and even different place to demo yourself in a whole different way.

Check out these slideshares to see what I mean… Then maybe you’ll get some inspiration to try something new, too.
